We continued our SOCSD Program (Select, Organize, Clean, Standardize, Discipline) in Plants. At the Laquinsa plant, the progress of the program, actions, and improvements made was reported. This included the participation of all the plant personnel. In the Balanfarina plant, we began the pilot program in the Quality area through the implementation of a Cleaning Day with the key process stakeholders.
