As part of the Operational Excellence System, the SOCSD Program was launched in June. This program is based on the 5S philosophy and seeks to improve
plant productivity through an organized working environment. Its launch was done using a training workshop and a “Cleaning Day” as part of a pilot project in the Laquinsa Plant, choosing key areas and personnel for its development.
