After more than 35 years of valuable service to the company, Eng. Bolívar Vallejo and Eng. Gerónimo Alcívar decided to embrace voluntary retirement, marking the end of a phase filled with commitment, dedication, and significant contributions to the organization’s growth.
To commemorate this important event, the Human Resources Department organized a heartfelt farewell ceremony attended by their team members and close colleagues. The gathering was an opportunity to thank them for their professionalism, dedication, and for being role models of experience and leadership throughout the years.
Similarly, in the Sierra region, in Amaguaña, Mr. Julio Jaramillo Silva also retired after 38 years of outstanding work with the company.
His colleagues, in coordination with the Social Welfare area, organized a special tribute to recognize his dedication, camaraderie, and valuable legacy.
The company deeply appreciates the contribution of each of them and wishes them much success in this new stage of their lives, filled with well-deserved rest and new beginnings.
