Contact fungicide, with a broad spectrum of control, which has preventive action and avoids the generation of resistance. It stands out for its persistence in the crop and resistance to rain washout (it contains a “weather stick” or “sticking agent”), which gives it greater resistance to rain washout and allows a redistribution of the product in the plant tissues.
Inhibits the respiration process of fungal cells by rapid binding of chlorathalonil molecules to sulfhydryl groups.

How to use

For its preparation, fill half the tank with the water to be applied, start stirring and simultaneously pour the amount of Amistar to be used, stir well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and finally complete the amount of water missing. In case non-ionic surfactant use, add it last and shake again. Amistar can be applied with any ground equipment (hand sprayer, atomizer, or tractor equipment), as long as it is in good working order and provided with suitable nozzles (preferably empty cone type nozzles). Amistar must be applied with a volume of water than ensures a good and uniform plant coverage. To obtain the desired volume water, it is recommended to previously callibrate the equipment and the application rhythm.
