HEADQUARTERS AND OUR PLANTS
Agripac’s story began in a small premises in Ecuador, with only five employees and great aspirations to grow and make a difference in the agro-industrial sector. Through hard work and perseverance, after five years of operations, a building was acquired that would become the headquarters to this day.
Around the same time, the company took off with the opening of production plants as part of its innovation strategy. Today, it operates Celtec, Balanfarina, Emsemillas, Agrilab, and Laquinsa.
CORPORATE OFFICE
Agripac´s headquarters is in downtown Guayaquil, a complex of administrative buildings whose history began with the acquisition of a building in 1977, and which is currently the headquarters of all the company’s commercial operations.

Celtec marks the beginning of our journey in agrochemical distribution in the country.
Since 1973, we have operated a plant dedicated to the packaging and storage of essential agricultural products, such as herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.

BALANFARINA PLANT
Due to the demand for balanced feed in the agricultural and aquaculture sectors, Agripac acquired the Balanfarina plant in 2002, a pioneer in the industry thanks to its production of high-quality feed for shrimp and poultry.
With continuous investment in operational improvements, the plant expanded its product lines and currently produces balanced feed for shrimp, tilapia, poultry, cattle, pigs, and pets.
This plant also houses the first Aquaculture Research Center, aimed at continuously innovating in the production of shrimp feed and providing high-quality products that meet market demands.

We ventured into agrochemical production with the construction of the Laquinsa plant, dedicated to the formulation of herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides for crops, as well as industrial chemicals and products for public health.
It provides analysis and product development services through a quality control laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

The fertilizer plant integrates processes of reception, storage, blending, bagging, and dispatch under strict control and quality standards.
