As part of our “Los Conquistadores” program of the Agripac Operational Excellence Management System (OPEX), this month we concluded the projects carried out by the students of ESPOL university at the Balanfarina plant. A total of four projects were directed towards improving the productivity of our processes. These are the training grounds for the implementation of continuous improvement tools with our human capital.
