As part of the integration of personnel into the OPEX program, the second communication aimed at administrative and operational employees was organized at the four plants. The objectives were to reinforce the concept of Operational Excellence and communicate its concepts, the presentation of 2020 indicators, goals for the year 2021, and achievements. The meeting was also used to strengthen knowledge about topics related to industrial safety.
