We commemorated International Women’s Day with an emotional BTL activity and on social media, accompanied by our institutional mascot, Agripito, who warmly welcomed each of the female employees at the start of the day.
Additionally, throughout the workday, the Human Resources Department presented a small gift to each of them as a token of appreciation and gratitude for their valuable work and dedication to the company.
These initiatives aim to recognize the important role women play at all levels of the organization, as well as to create a space of closeness, joy, and motivation among colleagues.
