This year, the Ideas Program was relaunched at the Balanfarina plant in conjunction with the Human Resources department. This month, the first round of recognitions for this year was held, in which employees who have generated the highest number of ideas and the best proposed idea were awarded; Ivan Alay, Production Operator; Orlando Mosquera, Production Operator; and Roman Muñoz, Maintenance Technician.
