The President, Vice President, and Point of Sale Management team organized several meetings in Guayaquil, Quito, and Cuenca with the local teams. The goal was to present the seasonal campaign, review the results achieved in recent months, and discuss the projections for the upcoming period.
These meetings allowed us to align strategies, enhance communication across teams, and establish a shared vision for the challenges ahead.
