Systemic, selective, non-hormonal, and non-volatile herbicide, formulated as water-dispersible granules (WG/WDG). Its primary use is for the post-emergent control of broadleaf weeds. Metsulfuron-methyl inhibits the Acetolactate Synthase (ALS) enzyme, disrupting the production of branched-chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and threonine. This leads to a rapid cessation of protein synthesis and, consequently, the plant growth process.

Active Ingredient: Metsulfuron-methyl.

How to use

To prepare the mixture, fill the spray tank halfway with clean water, pour in the recommended dose of MATANCHA® 600 (previously dissolved), mix until a stable solution is obtained, and continue adding water to reach the required volume.

It is recommended to regulate the water pH using citric acid-based adjuvants at a dose of 0.5 to 1.0 cm³/liter of water, until a pH of 4.5 to 5.5 is achieved.

Calibration of the spray equipment is recommended to ensure uniform distribution.

Rice: A post-emergence application is recommended for both the crop and weeds, when they have two to three true leaves (15 to 30 days after sowing).

Brachiaria Grass: A post-emergence application is recommended for both the crop and weeds, when they reach a height of 5 to 10 cm.

Dose
