It is a plant growth regulator of organic, synthetic compounds. Unlike Phytohormones or Plant Hormones which are natural compounds produced by the plants themselves endogenously and in very low concentrations. It works in small quantities (generally at the ppm level) and promote, inhibit, or modify any plant physiological process.
