We continue our advance of the OPEX Program in our Plants. This month the Operational Excellence program strategy was reviewed and aligned from general management to each of the plants and units, establishing the steps and programs to be implemented. The OPEX meeting for plant and unit performance reviews was held at Balanfarina Plant and was used as an opportunity for a complete tour of the facilities.
