The cooperation agreement between Galápagos Guardians and Agripac was officially signed. Starting this year, we are proud to be part of this valuable initiative that integrates technology, science, and community to protect one of the planet’s most iconic ecosystems.
With the goal of reducing plastic presence in the Galápagos Islands by 30% by the year 2030, the program works on collecting waste in rivers to prevent it from reaching the ocean and harming over 50 threatened marine species.
