A Field Day was held with Asociación La Julia, with whom a demonstration plot of broadcast-sown rice using recycled seed under irrigation was developed, achieving a yield of 48.70 sacks per hectare.
During the event, the Rice and Soybean Recycled Seed Quality Improvement Service was presented, with treatments using products such as Cruiser Arroz, Maxim, Saeta, and Imidilaq.
The proposal generated interest among producers, who evaluated the process and associated costs positively.
It was agreed to maintain technical support, and seed treatment orders have already been placed, thus driving a strategy to boost cash sales.
