Our company and the Americas Foundation for Development (FUDELA) joined forces to launch the project “Maize with Purpose: Women’s Leadership in the Productive Chain,” a pilot initiative currently being developed in El Empalme (Guayas) with women from the Cantonal Agricultural Center.
The program aims to strengthen socio-emotional skills, empowerment, and financial education among women involved in the maize value chain, promoting their active participation in local development and in a more inclusive and sustainable agriculture.
