This month, the 2nd Leaders of Change Awards took place, recognizing the commitment and consistency of our teams in implementing initiatives that create a positive impact within the organization.
Over 136 days of monitoring, several aspects were evaluated, such as the efficient use of air conditioners and lighting, as well as the reduction of paper consumption. Thanks to everyone’s efforts, the following results were achieved:
• A 40% reduction in instances of lights being left on.
• A 72% reduction in the improper use of air conditioners, supported by signage and equipment automation.
• A savings of more than 4,260 sheets of paper, equivalent to 20.93 kg of CO₂e emissions avoided.
In this edition, the Digital Transformation team took first place, standing out for their innovative and sustainable initiatives.
